By accessing the StudyBank Digital Study Portal ("Platform"), registering an account, downloading study material documents, or taking generated quizzes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our portal services.

2. Portal Registration & Account Credentials

StudyBank accounts are registered via phone number invites generated by authorized system administrators:

• Users must activate their accounts using the authorized invite link and a valid verification OTP code.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (mobile login number and password).
• You agree to notify your school administrator immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or account credentials compromise.

3. Intellectual Property & Material Download Policy

All revision textbooks, past papers, guidelines, worksheets, and study notes served through the Platform are protected by intellectual property laws:

• Personal Non-Commercial Use: Candidates are granted a non-exclusive license to download and view study PDF materials solely for private study, revision, and preparation.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not commercially resell, bundle, modify, host elsewhere, or distribute download materials outside of the StudyBank portal without explicit written consent.

4. Acceptable Conduct & Quiz Rules

To maintain a clean and fair learning environment, you agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, bypass authentication systems, or overload the API gateways (including the quiz generator and file upload systems).
• Share quiz links, invite tokens, or login credentials with unregistered external users.
• Submit fraudulent details during grade change requests. Abuse of support channels will lead to immediate account lockouts.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform, including all revision guides and interactive quiz systems, is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis:

• While we make every effort to ensure accurate curriculum mappings, we make no warranties that model questions will guarantee specific grades in real exams.
• We do not warrant that downloading textbook files or hosting server databases will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or exempt from server downtime.

6. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate access to portal features, deactivate inactive accounts, or block users who violate these guidelines at any time without prior warning.
